Responsibilities

Account Management & Sector Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts or target customers in the semiconductor and technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing or new accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Customer Solutions:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored logistics solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence and service quality for customers.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and market positioning.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, IT) to deliver customer projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in account management or sales within logistics/supply chain industry.
  • Experience in the semiconductor and/or technology sector strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing large, complex accounts and delivering growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English (and local language preferred).
