• To act as a strategic advisor to the business, collaborating closely with operational teams to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives. • To develop, manage and control the commercial finance function of one Sector with a focus on sales revenue, gross profit, expenses, capex, cash flow and balance sheet analysis. • The position includes the responsibility for putting in place pricing and costing models for the business unit and to ensure that the appropriate financial and commercial controls are in place and are in compliance with internal control requirements.Requirements
Clear and concise communication skills with all levels in the organization, high transparency • Inter-personal skills, team player • Ability to function at a high level in a matrix-type reporting environment • Analytical skills and high sense of accuracy • MS Office applications, Oracle as nice to have • Business level fluency in English • Results driven, good in priority setting, working under pressure • Good self and time management, organized and structured working style • Ability to manage multiple accounts, activities and projects • Commercial awareness, customer focused • Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, JGAAP), must get familiar and strict adhere to all internal/external guidelines, good understanding and high sense of compliance and internal control • Able to work on own initiative and to take responsibility and ownership of initiatives
