We are looking for an experienced Principal IT Solutions Consultant to take on the role of Product Owner of Resiliency Operations solution. In this role, you will define the vision and drive the roadmap for the global resiliency operations, ensuring strong business continuity capability across organization, ensuring systems and services remain robust, secure, and recoverable.

• Serve as the Product Owner for resiliency operations.

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for resiliency initiatives.

• Drive the development and continuous enhancement of resiliency practices, processes, tooling and standards.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, regulatory frameworks, and internal standards.

• Lead and evolve resiliency and business continuity capabilities across IT and business units.

• Assess resiliency maturity across solutions and identify areas for improvement.

• Act as a trusted advisor to IT solution departments and business stakeholders.

• Define and implement long term technology strategies that strengthen continuity and operational robustness.

• Work cross-functionally to identify requirements, risks, and dependencies related to resiliency within project scopes.

• Coordinate and oversee resiliency testing, scenario simulations, and risk assessments.

• Oversee the development of recovery strategies, runbooks, communication plans, and automation opportunities

• Ensure comprehensive reporting, tracking of improvement actions, and regulatory readiness

• Strong experience in IT resiliency, business continuity, or infrastructure operations.

• Proven ability working as a Product Owner or Service Owner, or similar leadership role.

• Solid technical understanding of networks, compute, identity, and resilient architectures.

• Visionary mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a global environment.

• Advanced English (spoken and written).
