Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve project and organizational goals,
Owns On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance across projects by leading end-to-end delivery, from scope definition through planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
Monitor project performance, KPIs, and resource utilization to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery,
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring dependencies and priorities are managed effectively,
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-level executives,
Implement and enforce project management standards, processes, and tools across the EMEA region,
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons learned, process optimization, and knowledge sharing.

Who we are looking for:

5+ years of experience in project and program management (preferably in logistics),
Proven experience managing teams in an international, matrix environment,
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and C-level,
Experience in change management and driving organizational initiatives,
Expertise in project budgeting, resource allocation, and multi-project coordination,
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills,
Proactive mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement,
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
