About the Role

In this key national position, you will provide end‑to‑end IT service management across our country infrastructure—including telecoms, end‑user support, and asset management—while driving strong cyber‑security practices that protect our people, systems, and data.

You’ll play a crucial role in delivering efficient, standardised, and technology‑driven IT services that enable our teams to collaborate effortlessly and work securely.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and manage IT security protocols to mitigate cyber threats
• Drive GDPR compliance and security awareness across the business
• Deliver reliable national communication and collaboration systems
• Support global IT Service Management rollouts and standardisation
• Optimise IT costs and manage suppliers to ensure best‑value service
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date asset information to minimise risk
• Provide exceptional IT service delivery to enhance productivity
• Support modern infrastructure technologies that boost scalability and performance

You’ll Work Closely With

• Global & Regional IT Service Management Teams
• Local managers and key business stakeholders
• External customers, suppliers, and regulators
