What will we do together?
- Own and maintain the Carrier Database, ensuring data accuracy and supporting ongoing improvements (acting as the main point of contact/SME for the platform),
- Work closely with GBS on daily operations, resolving data discrepancies and technical issues,
- Ensure carrier profiles and compliance documentation are up to date and available in the database and Power BI dashboards,
- Collaborate with the Carrier Management community and carriers to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance processes, including training, KPI monitoring, and regular reviews,
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance existing tools, as well as explore new solutions to optimize carrier compliance,
- Provide support on Trade Compliance-related topics,
- Maintain the Market Intelligence SharePoint platform by uploading and organizing industry news and reports,
- Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, training materials, and documentation, ensuring all content is up to date in SharePoint,
- Support the administration of benchmarking subscriptions (e.g. Upply, Xeneta), including user access, usage tracking, renewals, and coordination with stakeholders and vendors,
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and supporting new tools or initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines,
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
- Strong IT literacy, with a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new systems and tools,
- Ability to analyze and interpret different types of data with a high level of accuracy,
- Excellent planning and organizational skills,
- Proven ability to carry out repetitive or high-volume administrative tasks accurately and efficiently,
- Cultural awareness and the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different regions,
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, with good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint,
- Experience with Power BI is considered an asset.
