Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring the proper receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring compliance with established KPIs.
• Lead, train, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, as well as DHL Supply Chain’s internal procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize the supply chain and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Conduct audits and process analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience in team leadership and people management.
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations applicable to the industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
• Availability to work in Tultitlán, State of Mexico.
