Vacancy: Senior Business Development Director LLP EMEA (m/f/d)

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for 4PL services that aligns with the company`s Overall Goals
- Lead market analysis efforts to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscapes
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and markets
- Set ambitious sales targets and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance,
- accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry
- influencers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term
- partnerships
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a customer?centric approach
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve Outcomes

- Engaging in negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure contracts and favorable terms
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree in BD, Logistics and Supply Chain
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of 4PL services and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the logistics sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
- 5+ years experience working in a Regional / Global Role
- Awareness/knowledge of Global logistics challenges, infrastructure capabilities, and transportation networks.
- Ability to navigate cultural differences and communicate effectively with diverse clients and teams.
- Sensitivity to regional business practices and negotiation styles.
