Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for 4PL services that aligns with the company`s Overall Goals
  • Lead market analysis efforts to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscapes
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and markets
  • Set ambitious sales targets and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance,

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development initiatives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor`s Degree in BD, Logistics and Supply Chain
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong understanding of 4PL services and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the logistics sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
  • 5+ years experience working in a Regional / Global Role
  • Awareness/knowledge of Global logistics challenges, infrastructure capabilities, and transportation networks.
  • Ability to navigate cultural differences and communicate effectively with diverse clients and teams.
  • Sensitivity to regional business practices and negotiation styles.
