Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Daily BOS. Highlight key observation with Site Maintenance SPOC related of MHE issues. Observe MHE Operator's behavior at floor and give them Feedback.

Attend the breakdown of MHE’s & DC equipment, Ensuring minimum equipment downtime regular maintenance and repairing on time. follow up for critical spares availability in case of break down. Ensure that vendor deliverables are in line as per business needs.

Ensure timely preventive maintenance of MHEs/Equipment as per schedule. Ensure availability of consumable spares. Ensure timely charging of batteries / immediately replace with charged ones/ block the equipment till battery gets charged fully.

Perform daily inspections, conduct preventive maintenance, check hydraulic/electrical systems, lubricate moving parts, test safety features, clean equipment after use, and coordinate with vendors for major repairs.

Conduct periodic inspection of all Emergency Doors to ensure those are in working condition and no impact during any emergency

Conduct Building-design related inspection and identify all unsafe condition/structural issues and highlight the same to Site Maintenance SPOC immediately, ask to P&G for vendor suppor if required.

Upkeep Maintenance area as per 5's standards. Ensure adherence of 5's standards all the times.

Participate in Tool Box/Shift Handover meeting. Share feedback on any MHE working condition, Non working MHEs, any precautions required for MHEs to avoid further Breakdown/Damages.
