Main tasks as IT Product Manager Shape+

As IT Product Manager Shape+, you will be responsible for the steering and evolution of our SAP HANA Finance & Master Data Private and Public Cloud environments in accordance with the demands of our Global Finance Systems Transformation roadmap.

Take ownership for the product strategy and roadmap for our SAP S/4HANA and MDG platforms, including their core components like BTP, BDC, Integrated Toolchain, SAP CALM, etc.
Evaluate Business Demands and find technical solutions to increase efficiency
Plan and manage lifecycle events like Release Upgrades, Feature Stack Pack implementations, etc. and develop process standards and best practices for such reoccurring events.
Improve the operational coordination of two parallel development lines (Project and Main Line for DEV+QA) to ensure development and operations run smoothly in parallel
Know all Supplier Contracts, review the total cost of ownership (TCO), support budgeting, spend requests and license/contract renewals
Ensure system security and compliance, including:
- Penetration testing, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades, and system refreshes.
- Security concepts and data protection regulations (DPR).
Oversee infrastructure and IT network management in collaboration with internal and external partners
Act as the central point of contact for internal and external senior stakeholders
Coordinate with SaaS supplier and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards

Your profile

You are an experienced IT professional with a strong background in SAP HANA Cloud product management and a passion for delivering value through technology. You bring:

Extensive experience (10+ years) in managing SAP landscapes, ideally in large-scale transformation programs
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MDG, including deployment in private and public cloud environments
Proven track record in budget management, licensing, and vendor negotiations
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and infrastructure management in enterprise IT
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams
Experience working with SaaS providers and managing hybrid IT environments
A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
