Senior Project Manager
You are project management aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of project management methodologies & principles and strong communication & stakeholder management skills. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English and having ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of project management experience, including sustained leadership of large‑scale, complex IT‑enabled change initiatives.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large scale projects with material business impact, not only technical implementation.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, including influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Strong leadership capability, including leading project managers, workstream leads and matrix teams in a multicultural, global environment.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery execution.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Methodologies, Tools & Qualifications
- Deep understanding and practical application of Agile and predictive (Waterfall) methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and large transformation or migration.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience with leading Agile SCRUM programs/projects is big plus
As Project Manager you will be responsible:
- Planning: Defining the project's scope, goals, and objectives.
- Budgeting: Estimating costs, establishing budgets, and tracking spending.
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks early and developing mitigation strategies.
- Team management: Assigning tasks based on team members' skills and experience, and ensuring team members are performing to their best potential.
- Communication: Communicating withing & cross team members, external partners, and business stakeholders to determine project dependencies, status and identify potential roadblocks.
- Issue resolution: Ensuring issues related to scope, budget, and resource allocation are resolved effectively.
- Time management: Using timesheets or project management software to see how the team is spending their time and whether projects remain on track.
- Change management: Dealing with changes to the project, committed delivery on time with quality and ensuring 0 impact to production due to changes.
- Documentation: Preparing documents and managing reports.
