Responsibilities

• Train and certify all relevant team members to be fully able to handle an MHE in a safe manner.
• Maintain clear database of MHE authorized operators and certification status.
• Instruct the correct method of safety operation to the employees in the unit of responsibility.
• Keep attendance, training result record, evaluation training result record and other records.
• Report training result and evaluation result to relevant parties.
• Liaise with managers, safety and supervisor to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Working with MHE trainer on site to Conduct MHE defensive driving training, workshops and MHE practical training.
• Prepare educational MHE training material such document, videos curriculum etc.
• Design effective training programs.
• Keep attendance, training result record, evaluation training result record and other records.
• Report training result and evaluation result to safety officer, Manager and MHE compliance Manager.
• Be certified to MHE operate each type of MHE equipment that the site uses.
• Review, refresh and re-certify all MHE operators over a regular time period.
• Re-training and certification process for the offenders.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree/ Diploma/ High Vocational Certificate (Engineering/Automotive/ or related technical field is preferred)
• Experience as a Training Specialist and certify train the trainer program. Experience with designing training programs and workshops
• Desirable: Safety Officer (Technical or Professional level)
• Good in communication both Thai and English
• Minimum 3 years experience in training skill role
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong MHE equipment background
• Facilitator experience skill
