Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the implementation and compliance of DHL Supply Chain Compensation & Benefits Programs in Australia
- Administers the annual salary planning and incentive payment process and development of appropriate communications to support the process
- Liaise with the ER team on checking EBA, setting up process related to payroll, checking redundancy calculations, coordination between payroll for timely execution of deed of release
- Prepare recommendations, support changes to the compensation & benefits plans after analysing the market trends and ensure compliance to the specific business needs
- Analyse internal and external salary market data to help drive business decisions
- Prepare and submit annual market remuneration surveys and WGEA reporting
- Support employee benefits programs, including working with discount partners, superannuation plan, share plans, salary sacrifice, etc
- Support the annual salary and bonus review processes
- Provide support and guidance as required on compensation & benefits (C&B) or related topic areas
- Ensure compliance is adhered to via audits

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or higher in Finance/ Economics or Human Resources or other relevant fields (preferred but not essential)
- Proven experience in Compensations and Benefits function within a large, complex organisation with a focus on data processing and systems
- Experience in Kronos (preferred but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of awards and employment agreements
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate remuneration calculations
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Management Team
- Excellent time management skills, including demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and deliver on tight deadlines
- Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Sounds experience in using Oracle HCM Cloud or other HRIS (desirable)
