Job Purpose:

Execution of talent management processes and develop mechanisms and initiatives for the achievement of the strategy in terms of Talent, Leadership, Succession, Culture, Change Management and Organization according to business needs and aligned to company strategy. The Talent Management Sr Supervisor is responsible for managing, developing, coordinating and conducting all talent management processes, programs and tools that support and enable our business objectives through the understanding of needs and solutions recommendations for teams and individuals.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with business leaders, HRs and areas to design, plan, and implement broad Talent Management programs, policies, and procedures to achieve desired goals, • Advising leaders on how to improve their team and individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, and strengthen the culture of assigned business groups. • Coordinating annual Leads processes assess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized. • Defining, develop, adapt and execute Talent Management, Cultural and Inclusion and diverse programs, setting enablement strategy, implementation and interactions. • Supporting the design and development of solutions and experiences through effective project management, planning, resourcing, content design and communication, managing complex timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables. • Working closely with local, regional and global COE’s to define core Talent Management priorities and programs and plan activities accordingly. • Identifying and diagnose business problems and opportunities, developing new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and lead change management initiatives.
