Job Objectives

• Performing day-to-day operation of Customs Operation as per KPI

Job Duties

• Performing Custom Clearance day-to-day activities in accordance with defined KPI, including preparation of required documents.
• Maintain contact / correspondence with consignee for incomplete / missing documents

• Responsible for cargo clearance status
• Coordinating with product operations regarding delivery of goods
• Inform the customs clearance progress/status, special requirements to consignee if any
• Inform superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good terms of occurrences within his/her area of responsibility

• Maintain good relationship with customer and vendor
• Responsible for managing good history of timestamp on Cargowise1
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking
• Has adequate computer literacy and proficiency
• Has all technical competencies and skills required for the position
• Clean criminal record and adherence to ethical standards
