Facility & Maintenance Specialist

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Maintenance & Facility Specialist to join our Central Team, supporting the Facility Manager in overseeing maintenance and ttechnical operations across our logistics sites in Italy.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to sites and monitor maintenance activities
• Coordinate national suppliers and framework maintenance contracts
• Oversee critical systems (electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, security)
• Track KPIs, compliance and technical documentation
• Contribute to improvement projects, energy efficiency initiatives and new site openings

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering;
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance in Logistic/Supply Chain or Manufacturing Industry;

• Strong coordination skills and multi-site mindset;
• Good knowledge of technical drawing and design (Auto Cad, etc );
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex scenarios.
• Fluent in English
