JOB DESCRIPTION
- To follow up proactively on payment reconciliations.
- Manage full process of the payment cycle.
- Reconcile payments on the bank statement.
- To contact customers who have been identified as having paid but not provided remittance.
- Rectify unapplied cash on the AR with the respective AR departments and customers.
- Allocations of banking to be done on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Qualifications:
ACCA Level 1 and or Higher School Certificate with Accounting
Expected (Years of) Experience:
- Basic accounting experience (2-3years)
- PC Literate
- Good communication skills
- Reconciliation and Banking Experience
- Ability to work extra hours
- Good interpersonal skills
- Debtors experience
