We are looking for a motivated and curious Product Management Intern to join our Global Performance Management and Operations Analytics function. In this role, you will support the ongoing development, operation and adoption of the LOGICS (Logistics Information Capture System) platform, which is a DSC‑branded, externally provided SaaS (Software‑as‑a‑Service) solution used globally across DHL Supply Chain. It enables operations to capture, process, and report key operational metrics in a consistent way. You will work closely with an international community of users and stakeholders. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product management activities, data visibility, system communications and change management within a global logistics organisation.

Eligibility Criteria:
This internship is part of a local programme in collaboration with universities in Germany. To be eligible, candidates must:
- Be based in Bonn or within a commutable distance.
- Be actively enrolled at a German university for the entire duration of the internship.
As part of the application process, you will be required to provide documentation confirming your eligibility. This includes a valid ID, student visa (if applicable), and an official enrolment certificate.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Supporting ongoing change request management for the LOGICS product, helping to track, document and coordinate updates
- Administering and enhancing the LOGICS SharePoint site as a key internal collaboration and knowledge-sharing platform
- Supporting system community engagement initiatives, including communications, training content and information sharing
- Assisting with operational product tasks, such as issue resolution and coordination of translation activities
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to improve data visibility and management reporting
- Supporting the wider product management team with ad‑hoc analysis, documentation and improvement initiatives
What are we looking for from you?
- Currently studying business, economics, data, analytics or a related discipline
- Comfortable working with MS Office, with a strong willingness to learn tools such as Power BI and SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, with confidence working in an international, cross-functional environment
- A proactive, organised and task‑ and results oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail
- A strong willingness to learn, good work ethic and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Preferred: exposure to product or project management, agile ways of working, SharePoint administration, Power BI or training material creation
