The purpose of this role is to generate best-in-class DFN pricings based on DFN pricing tools and processes, constantly develop, challenge and manage the Fulfillment Network standard pricing tool through Performance Management and support in the product’s change requests and strengthen the local DFN community, among Sales, Operations, Pricing, Project Delivery in LATAM

Requirements

• Degree level education

• Advanced English

• Experience in Pricing and Logistics
• Detailed knowledge of Fulfillment & Last Mile Operations
• Highly developed skills in MS Excel and programming
• Process-orientated with consultative/collaborative approach
• Highly developed facilitation and influencing skills at all levels
• Experience of working in global, regional and country environments
• Experience of working with multiple cultures
• Advanced Spanish - nice to have

Key responsabilities

• Collecting & running pricing for multiple regions, but focus on LATAM region: following the standards & tools defined by the Product Management team
• Aligning calculated Pricings with the responsible OPS and Sales teams
• Educating, training and managing new countries in regards to pricing within the DHL Fulfillment Network product
• Being an overall connector between Sales and Operations
• Identify improvement needs within the Pricing tool
• Adaption of the standard pricing for local and regional needs
• Making process-related decisions within the Fulfillment Network framework to come up with the most competitive pricing for customers
• Analysis of and decide on sensible EBIT margin per customer while balancing profitability and customer’s willingness to pay
• Support medium-complex multi-country calculations and scenario setup
• Consulting and supporting Sales team during the pricing process
• Improvement of used tools and processes
