OTC Team Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors, clerks, and experts within the Accounts Receivable function.
  • Improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the OTC (Order-to-Cash) operations through process improvements, automation, and harmonization.
  • Ensure optimization of working capital, minimize transactional costs, and control exposure to bad debt losses.
  • Monitor and manage DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and Bad Debt Provision/Expenses.
  • Maintain strong customer relationship management within your scope of responsibility.
  • Continuously improve OTC processes using the First Choice methodology and launch process optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure operational accountability, business continuity, and adapt processes to evolving business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, or credit & collections operations.
  • Previous leadership experience managing teams in a financial or operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of working capital optimization, DSO, and bad debt management.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Ability to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and OTC tools.
