We are looking for a Terminal Based Operations (TBO) Manager for our ÇATALCA Warehouse.

She/he will be responsible of regular and procedural execution of the Company's Terminal Based Operations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly measure and evaluate the performance of team members; analyze results, and implement corrective and improvement actions when necessary.
• Proactively take initiative to develop and continuously improve all company operations referred to as TBO (Terminal Based Operations).
• Identify and report any issues considered to be obstacles to development or improvement in TBO operations to the line manager, supported by analyses and improvement proposals.
• Monitor the company’s TBO operational performance through published standard reports and prepare additional or ad-hoc reports when deemed necessary.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of new TBO lanes in addition to existing ones.
• Lead and support initiatives aimed at increasing the profitability of activities carried out on TBO lanes.
• Prepare, maintain, and ensure communication of standard tariffs to be applied on TBO lanes.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS) by submitting requests or improvement suggestions in line with company procedures to meet current and evolving operational needs.
• Establish and maintain strong, transparent, and trust-based relationships with DHL Freight offices and terminals abroad, ensuring long-term cooperation.
• Maintain a high level of communication with all international offices (terminals) where DHL Freight Turkey operates direct lanes, and ensure that any requests, feedback, or complaints are addressed promptly and effectively, involving senior management when required.
• Adopt unexceptional compliance to ISO 9001-14001-27001-50001, ISO 45001 Integrated Management System principals
• QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent English
• 5 years of experience in logistics sector in a similar role
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
• Result oriented, achiever, analytical
• Negotiation skills
• Adaptation to flexible working hours
