We are now looking for an MOC Engineer to join our Operations Control Centre team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our fleet, directly contributing to the smooth running of our worldwide operations. Your work will help keep our aircraft flying and our customers connected across the globe.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and manage aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring they meet all regulatory and company standards
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to prioritise and schedule tasks, reducing disruption to flight operations
- Review maintenance data and reports to identify trends, emerging issues, and improvement opportunities
- Serve as the main contact for maintenance related queries, offering practical and timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, work orders, and compliance checks
- Take part in safety audits and support ongoing safety management improvements
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams when required
What you need
- A B1 or B2 Aircraft Engineering Licence (ideally with B777, B767, and B757 type ratings without limitations) or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with significant hands on experience
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance processes, and regulatory requirements
- Confident decision maker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator who can collaborate well with a wide range of teams
- Ability to use maintenance management software and data analysis tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
