At DHL eCommerce, accurate and complete usage processing is essential to keeping global eCommerce running. As a Senior Architect – SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable, stable, and scalable mediation processes that transform high‑volume usage data into billable items for downstream billing and invoicing.

You will work hands‑on with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), Workflows Design, defining overall Enterprise and Technical Architecture and supporting day‑to‑day production operations, monitoring and troubleshooting mediation flows, resolving incidents, and handling reprocessing activities. Your role will combine production support, system configuration, and technical analysis, while closely collaborating with Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), FI‑CA, and global IT teams.

You will grow your expertise by working with real production usage data in a global environment, gaining a deep understanding of end‑to‑end BRIM processes (mediation → charging → billing) and contributing to continuous improvements that directly impact DHL customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Convergent Mediation (CM).

Strong in understanding in Business Process and further define the overall Enterprise & Technical Architecture. Good knowledge of downstream SAP BRIM components, such as CI, CC, SOM and FI‑CA, is an important advantage.

You are a technology‑oriented professional with:

• Hands‑on experience in SAP BRIM Architecture and Business Process Design with further impact on CM Workflow Design, Project Implementation & Production Support.
• Strong Integration Knowledge across CI, CC, SOM and other non-SAP Interfaces.
• Very good understanding of mediation processing and usage data handling
• Experience with incident analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, and reprocessing
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under time and workload pressure

As you will work in a multinational environment, good spoken and written English is required for cross‑region collaboration.
