Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage the logistics analysis team to ensure efficient operations.
2. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
3. Develop and prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
4. Collaborate with various teams to design and implement logistics system development projects.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of logistics processes and recommend improvements.
6. Train and support team members in using appropriate analytical tools and techniques.
7. Ensure the security and privacy of logistics-related data.

Requirements

1. Education:

   • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or related disciplines.

2. Work Experience:

   • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, data analysis, or a related field.
   • Previous experience in a supervisory or team management role is preferred.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and logistics management software.
   • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets and generating actionable insights.

4. Soft Skills:

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
   • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
   • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

5. Knowledge:

   • Understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
   • Familiarity with current trends and technologies in logistics and data analysis.

6. Certifications:

   • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)) are a plus but not mandatory.

7. Other Requirements:

   • Strong attention to detail and quality.
   • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
   • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
