Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the logistics analysis team to ensure efficient operations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to design and implement logistics system development projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of logistics processes and recommend improvements.
- Train and support team members in using appropriate analytical tools and techniques.
- Ensure the security and privacy of logistics-related data.
Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or related disciplines.

Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team management role is preferred.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets and generating actionable insights.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Knowledge:
- Understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with current trends and technologies in logistics and data analysis.

Certifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)) are a plus but not mandatory.
