Start your career today. We are currently seeking Aircraft Maintenance Manager

· Daily miantenance overview: Identifies maintnenance issues on a daily basis and coordinates/plans corrective actions so as to ensure airworthiness of aircraft meeting overall performance targets Identifies maintenance issues on daily basis that require attention and proper solutions.

· Overview and analisis of equipment/parts: Performs analisis of parts procurements/tooling and support equipment so as to ensure work can be completed on time.

·Oversight of short and long term maiuntenance planing: Reviews and coordinates maintenance planing activities on short and long term so as to ensure minimum service interuptions and complience with local regulatory requirements and policies.

·GSE maintenance oversight: Reviews and coordinates maintnenace activities of GSE equipment so as to ensure adequate availabiltiy of support equipment with minimal service disruptions.

·Reporting: Generates monthly reports of activities performed including short and long term maintenance activities of aircraft, engines, GSE, and participates actively on daily regional conference call.

·KPI oversight and control: Updates and reviews, on a regular basis, complience with department KPI and station KPI so as to ensure complience, performing corrective actions based on root cause analisis of underachived KPI so as to meet reliability goals for the airline.

·Budget planning: Participates in airline budget preparations and ensure that the Maintenance Department request sufficient funds to cover actual and planned maintenance activities, adheres to the approved budget.

· Ensures that qualified personnel are available to cover maintenance activity at base and out stations where DHL aircraft maintenance staff is not available.

·Establishes personnel work schedules.

· Travels to outside stations as the company's Technical Representative in order to ensure proper completion aircraft maintenance activities.

·Participates as a voting member on the RCB to review Reliability Report findings in order to implement corrective action for the improvement of aircraft performance.

·Reviews Maintenance Department staffing and equipment requirements.

·In conjunction with the Quality Control Manager and Regional Training Manager, reviews Maintenance Department personnel training requirements.

·Conducts review of all Maintenance Department applicants prior to hiring.

·Takes action, in accordance with company policies and local regulations, to ensure personnel perform their duties as assigned enforcing the company’s safety programs.

·And other assigned duties as required.
