As a Customer Services Advisor on our buzzing pharmaceutical site, you're the friendly voice and helpful guide that keeps everything running smoothly. In this role, every day brings something new: answering queries, helping orders move safely through our highly regulated supply chain, and making sure our customers feel confident and cared for.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Inputting orders
  • Communicating with customers, offering helpful answers and a positive experience each time
  • Handling calls with confidence
  • Completing reports

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Solid customer service experience, with a natural ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and create positive interactions.
  • Feel confident using IT systems, especially outlook and excel, and enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail, especially important when working with medical products where accuracy and care truly matter.
