Key Responsibilities/ Challenges:

  • Administer sales administration/ sales support plans and processes to assist sales teams and for processing of sales transactions.

  • Prepare Sales report and Sales performance Data to Sales Management/ Manager/Sales Steering.

  • Collect information and customer data to support sales teams with identification/ qualification of leads and preparation of quotations and contracts.

  • Draft standard commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements to support sales.

  • Collate feedback from post implementation review and prepare reports on customer complaints, delivery/ service problems, customer satisfaction, etc.

  • Compile reports and statistics for supporting sales teams in conducting business reviews.

  • Support pre- and after-sales activities and including basic Sales analysis.

  • Maintain and update Sales documents e.g. ISO, SOP.

Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.

  • At least 3 years of experiences in Freight Forwarding Business.

  • Having knowledge of Air/ Ocean/Road Products and freight forwarding business models.

  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.

  • Good communication in English both written and verbal.

  • Experience with MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SAP.

  • Ability to take ownership and proactively drive results.
