Responsibilities

• Lead in‑depth analysis of inventory data to ensure accuracy, availability, and full material traceability.
• Monitor and analyze inventory data.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on inventory variances, cycle count results, and transaction errors.
• Create, review, and present inventory dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for operations and leadership.
• Ensure accurate inventory data in SAP.
• Lead and monitor Inventory team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in handling warehouse inventory.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation related to inventory and supply chain operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation, power queries).
• Experience in using SAP S4 Hana is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Cavite.
