Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting spot market quotation requests for air and ocean freight. You will deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality quotation support while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as an Individual Contributor to handle air freight and ocean freight spot / ad-hoc quotation requests based on business needs.
• Review quotation requests to ensure completeness and accuracy of information; prepare and submit quotations in the QS system based on customer and shipment details.
• Work in strict compliance with established SOPs, maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. ACC / OCC) to ensure on-time quotation delivery.
• Accurately and timely record quotation-related information in internal quotation and tracking tools to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Participate in projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor, contributing to continuous improvement of spot quotation processes and efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in spot quotations, ocean freight operations, or related logistics roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Good time management and prioritization skills; able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process air and ocean freight quotation data.
• Basic English reading and writing skills to support system usage, email communication, and basic business correspondence.

主要职责：
- 根据业务需求，作为独立贡献者处理空运和海运货物的报价请求。
- 审核客户报价需求，确保信息完整、准确；基于客户及货物信息，使用 QS 系统完成报价
- 严格遵循既定 SOP，与客户及内部相关利益方（如ACC/OCC）保持高效沟通，确保报价按时交付。
- 在内部报价及跟踪系统中实时、准确记录报价信息，持续保障数据的完整性与准确性。
- 在主管指派下，参与相关项目或临时性支持任务，协助团队持续优化现货报价流程与效率。
任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备 1–3 年 现货报价、海运操作或相关物流领域工作经验者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通与协调能力，能够与多方利益相关者高效协作。
- 具备较强的时间管理及优先级判断能力，能够在压力环境下按时交付工作成果。
- 注重细节，能够准确处理空运与海运报价数据。
- 具备基本的英语阅读与书写能力，能够应对系统、邮件及简单业务沟通需求。
