The Opportunity

We are recruiting two Sales Executives following recent changes within the team:

• 1 × Adelaide-based Sales Executive (covering South Australia & Western Australia)
• 1 × Sydney-based Sales Executive (covering New South Wales & Victoria)

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Cased Goods, these field-based roles are responsible for driving new business growth and managing customer relationships within the wine, beer and spirits (BWS) industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the beer, wine and spirits sector
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Represent Hillebrand Gori at industry and networking events
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and contracts
• Identify and promote value-added logistics and supply chain solutions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM reporting (Salesforce)

Territory Coverage

• Adelaide-based role: South Australia & Western Australia
• Sydney-based role: New South Wales & Victoria

Travel Expectations

• Regular travel across assigned states
• Occasional interstate travel for customer meetings or industry events

About You

• Proven experience in sales or a commercial / operational role
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
• Beer, wine and/or spirits industry knowledge preferred but not essential
