Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities within warehouse operations, focusing on automation, mechanization, simplification, and process optimization.
- Lead end-to-end projects, from diagnosis to implementation, ensuring measurable results in operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.
- Develop and manage structured project plans (roadmaps, Gantt charts, milestones, deliverables) to ensure disciplined execution.
- Drive digitalization and innovation initiatives aligned with business needs and logistics trends.
- Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with key KPIs to validate impact and sustainability of implemented improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, and customers to ensure integrated execution.
- Act as a change agent, leading change management initiatives to ensure adoption and standardization of new practices.
- Evaluate the financial impact of projects (ROI, productivity, cost savings) and ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
- Build engagement and align cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Maintain direct communication with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and strengthen the operational value proposition.
Who we are looking for:
- Strong experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain with a focus on project execution.
- Proven track record of successfully leading implementations (cost savings, efficiency, innovation, automation).
- Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and project management.
- Strong analytical mindset with financial acumen (cost analysis, productivity, ROI).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience in defining and tracking operational KPIs.
- Experience in change management within operational environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in cross-functional environments.
- Highly results-oriented with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
