Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities within warehouse operations, focusing on automation, mechanization, simplification, and process optimization.
• Lead end-to-end projects, from diagnosis to implementation, ensuring measurable results in operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.
• Develop and manage structured project plans (roadmaps, Gantt charts, milestones, deliverables) to ensure disciplined execution.
• Drive digitalization and innovation initiatives aligned with business needs and logistics trends.
• Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with key KPIs to validate impact and sustainability of implemented improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, and customers to ensure integrated execution.
• Act as a change agent, leading change management initiatives to ensure adoption and standardization of new practices.
• Evaluate the financial impact of projects (ROI, productivity, cost savings) and ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
• Build engagement and align cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Maintain direct communication with customers to understand needs, identify opportunities, and strengthen the operational value proposition.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain with a focus on project execution.
• Proven track record of successfully leading implementations (cost savings, efficiency, innovation, automation).
• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with financial acumen (cost analysis, productivity, ROI).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in defining and tracking operational KPIs.
• Experience in change management within operational environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in cross-functional environments.
• Highly results-oriented with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
