Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, control and develop transport health, safety & environment management system in all East Kalimantan area in order to perform more effective and efficient operations
  • To ensure & support operations obeying in terms of HSE requirements & regulation in all his coverage area
  • Responsibility & accountability to ensure & support operations to achieve HSE KPI HSE Country KPI
  • Integrates Health, Safety, and environment assurance in all his coverage area
  • Actively & effectively as an interface between operations and Operations Department
  • Support all transport operation in terms of MSTD (Minimum Safety Standard) of DHL to achieve Zero incident and improve BBS (Behaviour Based Safety)
  • To develop, implement and monitor HSE policy, programs, and procedures.
  • To assist the all transport projects and biding process for potential new customer in complying with current HSE legislation and/ or regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of learners, staff, drivers, vendors and visitors.
  • To increase health and safety awareness to all levels within the organization
  • Bridging and alignment HSE DSC standard with HSE Customers requirements and implementation at workplaces.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Certified AK3 Umum or equivalent.
  • Certified Basic First Aid & Basic Fire Fighter
  • Certified DDT (Defensive Driving Training)
  • Certified internal auditor of ISO 45001
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety Procedure
  • Having Risk Managment Skill
  • Having Root Cause Analysis Skill
  • Job Safety Analysis Skill
  • Familiar with ALARP methodology, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment
  • Experiences in transport logistic is an advantage
  • Familier with JMP, JRRA, CSMS
  • Minimum 1 Years experience organize HSE organization in a Logistics Supply Chain company & Safety Transport
  • Fair understanding in analyst HSE data, HSE communication skill, knowledge local/ international regulation Local culture
  • Have a good English both written & spoken
