Role & Responsibilities

• To provide day-to-day resourcing support in order to meet the resourcing needs of the business.

  • To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
  • To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities
  • To contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation of manpower and recruitment programs
  • To partner with talent focal person to see how to best fit a vacancy with internal pool of existing talents

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in End to End Recruitment
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Experience from Headhunting is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Professional English is a Must
  • Proficiency in Professional Mandarin is an added advantage
