Role & Responsibilities
• To provide day-to-day resourcing support in order to meet the resourcing needs of the business.
- To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
- To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities
- To contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of manpower and recruitment programs
- To partner with talent focal person to see how to best fit a vacancy with internal pool of existing talents
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in End to End Recruitment
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics & Supply Chain
- Experience from Headhunting is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Professional English is a Must
- Proficiency in Professional Mandarin is an added advantage
