As a Site Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in supporting to launch and stablish operations for a new customer. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the way the site operates from the outset, overcoming daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Operating in a fast‑paced, start‑up style environment, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive improvements, and continually grow professionally. You’ll use your leadership capability to inspire a high‑performing team and leverage the latest logistics technology to deliver outstanding results and help build a long‑term, successful customer partnership.
- Lead and manage customer operations within the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable delivery
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives to support a successful new‑client onboarding and future growth
- Deliver exceptional service levels, ensuring customer satisfaction from day one
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure location control and inventory accuracy across all operations
- Own site budgets and P&L accountability, supporting profitable and sustainable growth

Qualifications and Experience
To be a successful Site Operations Manager, in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience within Supply Chain/Logistics managing sites across different sectors
- Strong site management experience
- Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operation within a 3Pl environment
- Excellent people management and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen
- Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
