職責
作業流程自動化規劃與執行
• 透過需求訪談與現況分析，設計並優化作業流程
• 開發並導入自動化解決方案，大幅提升效率與降低人工作業量
數據整合與分析 • 整合不同來源的資料，建立精準的分析模型
• 製作支援決策的視覺化報表與洞察 系統與工具開發導入
• 建置自動化流程、儀表板與報表（如 Power Platform、SQL、VBA、Python/R 等工具）
• 協助導入數位化工具，並提升使用者採用度
技術文件與流程規格撰寫 • 撰寫流程設計、技術規格與操作文件
• 確保相關系統及流程持續維護與更新
跨部門協作與專案推進 • 與營運、管理、IT 等單位協作，整合需求並提出可行技術方案
• 推動數位化與自動化專案落地
職務要求
1. 至少1-3 年資料處理、分析經驗
2. 精通SQL、Excel和Power BI
3. 精通一種以上程式語言，如VBA、Python、R
4. 擅長流程自動化，熟悉Power Platform者優先
5. 擅長跨部門溝通協作者優先
6. 具備基礎英文讀寫能力，擅長聽說者優先
7. 對物流及供應商管理有基本了解者優先
