HR Business Partner

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner based in Bucharest who enjoys being close to employees and managers and who feels comfortable working across different HR topics, from day‑to‑day operations to engagement and development initiatives.

What you’ll be involved in:

• related topics
• Supporting engagement initiatives, internal communication and team events
• Coordinating training activities and supporting performance review cycles
• Supporting recruitment activities, employer branding and partnerships with universities
• Managing employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding
• Providing HR administration and payroll support, while ensuring compliance with Romanian labour law

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in an HR BP, HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Solid knowledge of Romanian labour legislation
• focused mindset
• The ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Experience working in a multinational or matrix environment is an advantage
