Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the performance of a team focused on OFR Export operations.

  • Ensure customer requirements are met and take corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for OFR Operations queries, interacting with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers as needed.

  • Ensure documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.

  • Processes, handles, and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.

  • Regularly review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure alignment to serve customers.

  • Review processes and design systems to enhance service quality, aligning with the company’s long-term goals and direction.

  • Study operational issues, identify opportunities, and introduce best practices for OFR Ops/CS, focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Management, Logistics or and related field.

  • At least 5-6 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.

  • Experience with CargoWise (CW1) is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of customer service processes, systems, and operational flow.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.

  • Strong Leadership skills.

  • Good computer skills and MS Office
