Role Opportunity:

Identify, evaluate and implement training plans for operational staff; Purpose improve processes in the handling and execution of training programs in line with the country's Learning and Development Roadmap & to deploy the planned CIS - Certified International Specialists Functional Modules. Continuously challenge the existing Learning Triangle and Execution/completion of standard coaching forms and L&D Performance Discussion & Feedback forms

Your Tasks:

  • Assist the Engineering and Infrastructure Manager in implementation of CIS Training Programs; Non-CIS OPS Core Technical Functional Training; Meet the Country CIS Penetration Rate (Targets) in delivering Global Functional Modules (New and Refresher)
  • Assist functional teams by providing user support functions on OPS core application trainings for ground operations; clearance; and hub and gateways; including support teams
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure Operations get all the necessary urgent support and coordinate with OPS GET system requestors for a timeiy PRPO creation; logs on item DRs and SRs; and last mile GRN to close the transaction
  • Liaise with the Engineering and Infrastructure Manager and other project teams to ensure work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
  • Plan and execute training programs for OPS in line with the Regional CIS Platform and schedule of delivery of OPS Functional Modules
  • Work with OPS Senior Management Team in deriving planned additional headcount to establish the annual training budget
  • Provide Local HR and RO LND the annual training calendar of activities and training budget
  • Provide monthly CIS Penetration Rate (Planned Training vs, Actual Output - Training Hours and Attendance
  • Ensure that all training documentation and records are kept secured and made readily available (i,e,training attendance logs; assessment; post evaluation & feedback forms etc)
  • Document or take note of key actionable items raised during training sessions
  • Align with Global SOP Manager in docuncenting
  • GEMBA WALKS or similar process observations in the back to work execution of Learning, this included but not limited to process checklists; logs; facility day cards in documenting learning records derived from both 10% classroom training and 20% coaching

What you bring?

· 2-3 years relevant business experience

· Experience working in a Project Implementation

· Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment

· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; certifications in L&D, Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management are an advantage

· Demonstrated success in designing and implementing end‑to‑end operational training programs, including onboarding, process training, quality, productivity, safety, and compliance

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training impact on productivity, quality, cost, and service levels
