As a global leader in logistics and supply chain management, we’re building a world-class Accounting hub in Heredia—and we’re looking for an experienced OTC & PTP Manager to play a critical role in our Finance transformation.

In this key position, you’ll lead and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery aligned with our global Accounting Operating Model (AOM) and Oracle Cloud ERP environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the OTC & PTP team within our regional accounting hub, ensuring delivery of high-quality services aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all P2P and O2C transactions through strong operational controls and continuous monitoring.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in finance processes, partnering with global teams and Business Process Owners (BPOs).
  • Collaborate with Internal Controls (ICS) teams to ensure controls are performed, assessed, and remediated efficiently.
  • Manage escalations and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and other regional/global hubs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
  • Support transitions of new activities into the hub environment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or shared services environments.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Fluency in English (B2 ) and Spanish (C2) is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end P2P and O2C processes.
  • Proven experience in shared services or global business services operations, ideally in the Americas region.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
