We are currently looking for a:
Customs Department Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of customs specialists, ensuring a high level of efficiency and compliance
- Organizing and supervising daily operational activities related to customs procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards
- Actively collaborating with clients, government authorities, and internal departments
- Monitoring department performance, analyzing data, and proposing improvements
- Participating in strategy development and the implementation of new processes and technologies in customs operations
- Supporting the training and professional development of team members

What we expect from candidates:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs operations in a managerial role
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in preparing customs declarations
- Certified Customs Agent qualification
- Excellent knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and legislation
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
