We are looking for an exceptional Storeperson Hoist to join our talented team based in Highbrook, thriving in a culture of openness, trust, and mutual respect.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring they are securely packed, labelled, and ticketed.
• Completing system transactions and other computer-based tasks as required.
• Conducting daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in a high-volume 3PL warehouse environment.
• Forklift license (High Reach and/or Counterbalance) essential.
• Proven experience in picking, packing, checking, and dispatching orders.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of inventory management and best practices.
