Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am
Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join a fast-paced logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of night shift operations and drive performance within a high-volume warehouse environment.
As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational management by overseeing all warehousing activities during your shift. You will be responsible for ensuring productivity, efficiency, and safety while maintaining exceptional service standards.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Leading and managing the performance of your shift team, including First Line Managers
  • Monitoring and improving productivity by clearly communicating expectations and tracking output
  • Overseeing stock movement and control to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring all operational deadlines are met safely and within agreed timeframes
  • Using in-house digital systems to track and trace orders, maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting recruitment and identifying training needs, ensuring compliance with company policies

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Previous experience as a Shift Manager, ideally within warehousing or logistics
  • Proven experience managing teams, including First Line Managers (FLMs)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment
