Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure efficient material flow to support production and customer demands
- Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, cycle time, productivity, on-time delivery) and drive continuous improvement
Inventory & Materials Handling
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive semiconductor materials (e.g., ESD, moisture-sensitive devices)
- Manage warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) and ensure real-time inventory visibility
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team leaders and operators
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce EHS policies, including proper handling of electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD)
- Ensure compliance with DHL, ISO standards and semiconductor-specific handling requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment
Process Improvement
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify process gaps and implement efficiency enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Planning, Procurement)
Requirements
Education & Experience
- College Level
- Minimum 7–10 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Understanding of semiconductor material handling requirements (ESD, cleanroom protocols, FIFO/FEFO)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools)
