Responsibilities

This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a Delivery Assurance and Implementation Manager. This position will see you responsible for transport QA compliance, new business implementations, and maintaining transport business solutions and training. You will work closely with our Business Development and Solutions Design teams to achieve successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction. You will ensure QA compliance and environmental standards are maintained, along with delivering training initiatives and continuous Improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain, Third Party Logistics, or Transport
• Proven track record in Project Management and /or Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of the Australian road transport network and distribution channels
• Developed skills in managing customers
• An analytical nature and process driven approach
