Responsibilities
Joining daily Shift Handover with Previous Shift .
Joining daily Performance Dialog.
Conducting SLAM 360.
Conducting Stocks Cycle Count and Hit/Miss.
Conducting daily BBS - 1 per day
Contribution of CI Ideas - Minimum of 1 Monthly
Joining Formal Performance Review - monthly
Undergo Process Confirmation once applicable - monthly
Proper Execution and attending Work Instruction Refresher at Excellence School - quarterly.
Perform daily warehouse duties not limiting to Inbound (break-bulk; re-packaging), Outbound (pick/pack), materials handling responsibilities;
Facilitate basic stocktaking and inventory checks;
Basic data entry into warehouse management system;
Upkeep and maintain materials handling equipment (MHE) to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and EHS rules and regulations;
General housekeeping duties.
Requirements
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
Certification:
A forklift or reach truck operator certification is usually required. This certification often includes both theoretical and practical training on safe operation.
Experience:
Previous experience operating a reach truck or similar equipment
Physical Requirements:
Good physical fitness is important, as the job may involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Skills:
Basic math skills for inventory management.
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling and storing materials.
Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to operating heavy machinery and working in a warehouse environment.
Availability:
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on the employer's needs.
