Responsibilities
- Sourcing suppliers, contractors for warehouse needs and In-charge of Bidding process
- Processing of payments and Supplies inventory
- In-charge of Facilities and Maintenance Management (Sourcing for Cleaners, cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance and etc.)
- Maintains orderliness of various files stored in the Stockroom
- Provide support on company events/Programs
- Monitor utilities and third party partners in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, warehouse and the perimeter
- To ensure the standard are adhered to.
- To identify and bring new standards to operation. Manage office operations, supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Handle administrative documents, reports, and records.
- Assist Managers with scheduling, travel arrangements, and reports.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Requirements
Education & Experience
- College Level
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Understanding of semiconductor material handling requirements (ESD, cleanroom protocols, FIFO/FEFO)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools)
