Key Responsibilities:

• Handling billing and manage profit and loss statements, control transport costs, and ensure assigned accounts meet financial target.
• Generate accurate and timely client invoices based on contractual rates and transport activities.
• Oversee key performance indicators for both vendor billing and transport delivery, ensuring adherence to defined service standards.
• Analyze operational data and delivery routing to optimize costs, drive efficiency, and implement continuous process improvements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport operations, freight forwarding, or a similar logistics environment.
• Good command of English Language both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Willing to be based at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam
