As a Transport Systems Officer at DHL, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate, timely and consistent billing outcomes across our Network Pallet and Carton Networks. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide detailed billing validation, revenue assurance analysis and issue resolution support for key customers
  • Ensuring customer pricing is correctly applied and revenue leakage is identified and minimised
  • Working closely with stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Billing and Commercial teams
  • Support strong billing controls, efficient workflows and improved first‑time billing accuracy

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant professional experience in revenue assurance, finance or commercial roles
  • Revenue assurance, revenue recognition or financial control in a complex operational environment
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Advanced MS Office, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Effective written and verbal communication and influencing skills
