We’re looking for a TPC Supervisor! In this role, you will manage a team responsible for ensuring transparency, data quality, and timely execution of SO and PO processes, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the TPC team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
Take ownership of your team’s overall performance, motivating and guiding them to ensure results are delivered within the given targets.
Ensure high data quality and transparency for all activities related to the allocated customer group.
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance TPC process efficiency.
Assist with the implementation and training of new or upgraded billing system processes.
Support operational teams in vendor profitability and vendor renewal analysis.
Deliver accurate and timely billing performance information to CSS Account Management.
Provide MBR/QBR reports and support audits for Regional Operations and partner meetings.

Requirements:

Fluency in English
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.) is considered an advantage.
Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and maintain high performance under deadlines.
Solid computer literacy (MS Office essential).
