We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team in Italy and support the execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives.

The role supports the Marketing & Communication Manager in both strategic and operational activities, contributing to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, external communication, and engagement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing team coordinating external and internal engagement events in line with the annual marketing plan (BTL materials, presentations, operational management of suppliers, logistics, registration and hospitality activities, production, follow-up)
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and social media communications
  • Manage Salesforce.com leads, ensuring proper tracking and handover to Business Development
  • Monitor and optimize contacts and pipeline activities to support performance targets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content and communication materials (presentations, videos, etc.)
  • Support branding activities across offices and logistics sites
  • Ensure full compliance with DHL brand guidelines and corporate identity standards
  • Manage relationships with the DHL Sponsorship Team and coordinate customer participation in sponsored events
  • Coordinate external suppliers
  • Handle budget tracking and purchase orders

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing and/or communication
  • Fluent English
  • Strong knowledge of: Digital marketing tools and channels, MS Office and presentation tools, Content creation platforms (e.g., Canva)
  • Excellent communication and Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
